The installation of a green roof requires a special approach, not only because of the weight of the complex, but also because of the need for waterproofing and access for maintenance.

4- Appropriate maintenance
Extensive and semi-intensive green roofs require little maintenance, but this is essential if the vegetation is to last. The maintenance required depends on the green roofing project, and in particular on the time of year, the green roofing technique used and the type of plant cover selected.
We strongly recommend that you formalize the maintenance of your green roof by signing a contract with a specialist company as soon as you take delivery of the project. The contract covers both the green roof and the sterile areas.
