The key to a successful project lies in its preparation. Once the study has been finalized, the file is forwarded to the site supervisor in charge of the project.
Our teams anticipate access, lifting and logistical problems to facilitate organization at site time.
Our site supervisors throughout France are experts in both the building and plant sectors, and know how to deal with all the constraints inherent in planting, both upstream and downstream of the worksite, with one main objective: your peace of mind.





Installation of roofs, facades and other fittings
The development of roof terraces requires expertise in laying slabs on plots, wooden decking, assembling planters, anchoring trees, spreading or blowing substrate, connecting and starting up watering systems, planting or any other landscape skill.
When it comes to installing green facades, too, you need to be familiar with the various fastening systems, the interface with the building, cable tension and other technical data.

Maintenance
Maintenance services must also be carried out by specially-trained teams: our team members are veritable “gardeners of the heights”, trained to work at heights and aware of the challenges of biodiversity and rainwater management.

The aesthetic and technical success of a green roof or facade, and its longevity, depend on regular monitoring from the moment it is installed.
Extensive green roofs require limited maintenance, but this is essential to ensure the longevity of the vegetation. It is strongly recommended to formalize this maintenance through a contract with a specialized company, as soon as the project is accepted. Maintenance services and the number of annual visits vary according to the complexity of the project.
Some roofs, whether built by us or by other contractors, have not been maintained for several years.
LE PRIEURE then proposed to carry out a diagnostic study to repair the roofs.

Fiabilis Routine Maintenance
Once the plants have finished taking root and recovering, the Fiabilis Routine Maintenance Contract kicks in.
Maintenance operations
- Control of weeds that can interfere with the development of the plants and the waterproofing of the building.
- Twice-yearly mowing of vegetation
- Fertilization if necessary.
- Check that water is flowing properly through roof drains and that drainage systems are working properly.
- Checking the positioning of angle brackets (edges) and any deformations.
- Removal of unwanted materials and objects deposited on the roof.
Number of interventions per year
- 2 visits per year recommended by professional regulations.
- 2 additional visits when a sprinkler system is installed.
Fiabilis Confortement
For seeded or planted solutions, from the day after installation, the support period is essential for plant rooting and vegetative development. During this period, the duration of which varies according to the solution used, the green roof will be subject to special monitoring with the Fiabilis Confortement contract.
The aim is to ensure good plant cover over the entire roof.
Maintenance operations
- Checking for proper rooting.
- Temporary automatic watering if necessary.
- Fertilization.
- Selective manual weeding
- Size if required.
- If the rework guarantee option has been taken out, replacement of plants if the initial plant has not rooted properly.

The number of passes depends on the vegetation system installed on the roof.
Fiabilis Renov
The monitoring and maintenance of your roof have not been carried out or have been interrupted. LE PRIEURÉ offers you a diagnosis of your green roof (condition of the plant cover, adaptation of the upper layers, etc.) and can, if necessary, restore your roof. This service will be covered by a specific contract: the Fiabilis Renov contract.
