The Product
LP Mulch BRF stands for Bois Raméal Fragmenté. RCW is obtained by freshly shredding (or chipping) twigs and small green branches less than 7 cm in diameter, with or without leaves. Branches come from deciduous tree species. Up to 2% of the mixture may be coniferous.
LP Mulching RCW covers and protects the planted bed, while restoring value to a raw material considered as “green waste”.
Advantages of LP Mulching RCW :
- Stimulates the humification process and generates very high soil fertility,
- Reduces the presence of pathogenic fungi and parasites,
- Reduced maintenance of green spaces,
- Reduces the use of weedkillers and insecticides,
- Regulates soil temperature and retains moisture.
A 3-5 cm layer is recommended.
