LP DRIP drip irrigation system

The system

Specially designed and adapted for green roofs, this system provides watering directly on the substrate, as close as possible to the roots. Invisible, the pipes are covered by the vegetation or can be buried. LP DRIP prevents evaporation losses and limits leaf diseases.

System can be adapted to the shape of the roof.

Applications: Roofing projects in the south of France; semi-intensive and intensive roofs; pitched roofs

The LP DRIP kit includes:

• Root-resistant drip hoses with self-regulating, self-cleaning drippers, UV and frost-resistant
  , flexible and discreet.
• A programmer: battery-powered or mains-powered, installed on the roof or in a machine room. It controls the duration and frequency of programmed watering cycles over several sectors.
• Rain sensor (optional): measures rainfall and is connected to the programmer to suspend irrigation if rainfall is sufficient.
• Solenoid valves: controlled by the programmer, they open and close the water flow. Installed in one or more manholes in the roof.
• A manhole: to shelter all components. Fitted with a green cover, it blends into the vegetation.

LP DRIP is used in LE PRIEURÉ vegetation solutions covered by Avis Technique (0-35%) and Enquête de Technique Nouvelle (35-200%).
