The ZAC EcoQuartier Fluvial is located on the Île Saint Denis, surrounded by 14 km of banks on the Seine.
Stormwater management issues are paramount, with a direct impact on water quality.
Part of the island is in a Natura 2000 zone, and it was very important to maintain the project’s biodiversity hotspots.
The OASIS solution has been chosen by SOLIDEO as an innovative solution to meet the challenges of climate and biodiversity, as well as the environmental challenges of the future.
6,600 m² of roofs, including biosolar roofs, have been fitted with the OASIS system, drastically reducing the impact of peak rainfall.
